Daniele Ragni studied Thermo-Mechanical Engineering at the Polytechnic University of Marche. He obtained a PhD from Delft University of Technology and is currently an Associate Professor at the AWEP department. His main research interests include; development of Experimental Aeroacoustics and its application to rotors, and usage of porous foams and serrations for noise abatement. He is also a recipient of research grants, notably STW-OTP, IPER-MAN, QuietSky and SmartAnswer among others. He is currently working on Aeroacoustics of porous materials for blades and wings.
